Run the plan. Do not amend it in week three because a paper arrived on a Tuesday.
And once a week, before you open the file,
say out loud what you think today is going to be.

Then open the file and see.
You are keeping a second record, in your head, in a currency you do not yet trust,
and it will be worth something in about a year.
