Before, I trained like somebody who had never been stopped.
Now I train like somebody who has been stopped once and would rather not be stopped twice.

The first was faster. The second is still here.
I would not have chosen any of this, and I am not going to pretend the choosing was mine,
but only one of those two people is under a bar this morning.
